Do I qualify for a refund?
  • We offer refunds under the following conditions:
    • If merchandise breaks or tarnishes within 10 days of delivery
    • If merchandise does not fit as expected
    • If your order arrives and is missing products (Please note that orders are often split into multiple packages for shipping purposes)
How do I return products for a refund?
  • We accept returns for up to 10 days after delivery. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and there is a $3.95 restocking fee per order. Products must be unworn and unwashed to be accepted.

How is my order shipped?
  • We ship via USPS First Class mail, and email you a tracking number once your order is dropped off with USPS. While shipping times vary, typically packages are delivered 3 - 5 after you receive this tracking number.
How long until my order will ship?
  • Although we typically beat this mark, we ask that you allow 7-10 days for your order to ship. As always if you have not received a tracking number within this time frame, please contact our support team at [email protected] for an update.
Can I cancel my order?
  • Any time before your order ships, you may cancel your order by reaching out to our customer service team. If our customer service team confirms that your order has been stopped from shipping, you will be provided a full refund.
